Children from Bow Brickhill CofE Primary School, ran a marathon, over the course of several weeks, getting to school early and running half a mile before morning classes every day, come rain or shine.

On Friday 21st March 2014, they completed the final mile of the marathon and were given medals.  The youngest to take part was just 5 years old.

The rest of the school then joined in to complete another mile each.

Other activities also took place on the day and the total raised for Sport Relief was £1,068.17 with an additional 25% being able to be claimed as gift aid.

Well done to all the children and staff who took part.
